Return within 2 Days:

We offer returns or replacements for all products sold within 2 days of delivery, provided there is a genuine reason for return or replacement. Returns are accepted only for products delivered in damaged or defective conditions.

Please note the following conditions for return:

  • Products must be returned in a saleable condition with tags intact.
  • Return policies apply exclusively to specific products. Kindly verify before placing your order.
  • Original packaging must be retained.
  • Products must be undamaged.
  • Unboxing Video is compulsory for Claiming any Damage / Defect / Incomplete product.

Refund Process:

  • Refund is subject to inspection by our team.
  • Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or application are not covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products ordered by mistake or without considering proper specifications.


Refund Policy:

At FastBit Embedded, we are committed to getting your order right every single time. Our products are brand new and 100% genuine. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will issue a refund upon verification. The defective or damaged product must be shipped back to us within 5 to7 days for a cash refund to your account. If the product is received in a damaged or non-working condition, we will initiate a direct cash refund. For other cases, we provide a coupon code equivalent to the product value for future purchases.
